| Cocoa | 30 | ml | 180 | 360 | ||||
| Butter, softened | 30 | g | 180 | 360 | ||||
| Milk | 125 | ml | 750 | 1500 | ||||
| Vanilla Essence | 5 | ml | 30 | 60 | ||||
| Topping: | ||||||||
| Cocoa | 50 | ml | 300 | 600 | ||||
| Brown Sugar | 100 | g | 600 | 1200 | ||||
| Water, hot | 500 | ml | 3000 | 6000 | ||||
| Method: | ||||||||
| 1. | Mix dry ingredients | |||||||
| 2. | Crumb in butter | |||||||
| 3. | Add remaining to form smooth thick batter |

| 5. | Combine sugar & cocoa for topping, sprinkle over |
