Yes its gooey, chocolatey & comforting, just what I want on a day like today

Recipe Name: Warm
Chocolate Pudding
     
Yield 1 x 1/3 bain marie
 
Ingredients Amount 6x 12x
Cake Flour 140 g 840 1680
Baking Powder 10 ml 60 120
Salt 1 ml 6 12
Sugar 100 g 600 1200
Cocoa 30 ml 180 360
Butter, softened 30 g 180 360
Milk 125 ml 750 1500
Vanilla Essence 5 ml 30 60
         
Topping:        
Cocoa 50 ml 300 600
Brown Sugar 100 g 600 1200
Water, hot 500 ml 3000 6000
 
 
Method:
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Crumb in butter
3. Add remaining to
form  smooth thick batter
4. Smooth top of batter
5. Combine sugar & cocoa
for topping, sprinkle over
6. Pour Hot water over all,
bake at 180C until cooked & custard forms
