It’s kinda strange, the quiet days that come after the holiday season.
During season you get so used to always being on the go, prepping for functions,
baking large volumes of bread and sweets and fabricating cuts and joints of meat,
eg, deboning legs of lamb for roasting and breaking down carcasses into the components.
And now, no functions coming up soon and what do we end up doing?
PLAYING.
Busy trying out ideas, like savoury cheesecakes, chocolate whatevers etc.
But we’ll get back to those recipes when I’m happy with them
