As of the tenth of February 2009, Ernst’s Chalet Suisse & The Quarterdeck have been closed,
due to the lack of customers in the current economic client.
It will be sorely missed by both regulars, and the staff that worked there.

Fortunately I was one of the lucky few among the staff that managed to find a new job, without
to much hassle, and am now on the Wild Coast at a pretty amazing hotel (don’t bother asking
which one, me not telling). So expect to see more of me, more recipes, and hopefully more photos
of life out this way.
