Here you go sugar, say thanks to the pastry chef that came up with this.
Chocolate Lava Pudding:
Ingredients
150gr bittersweet chocolate
1/4 cup butter
15ml brandy
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
5ml vanilla
1.25 ml salt
20ml flour
How To:
Butter and dust with cocoa powder 4 ramekins.
Melt together the butter and chocolate
Stir in brandy,(it will sieze up, just keep on stirring)
Cool for 10 minutes
Beat together eggs, yolks and sugar until thick ribbon stage.
Sift flour over and fold in.
Fold in chocolate mixture.
Divide batter amongst prepped ramekins.
Bake at 190Cfor about 15 minutes.
Turn out onto plates.
