Just got back to work from my weekend off (Tuesday and Wednesday each week).
yeah, kitchen staff work on different schedules to most people, we work while others party.
What did I do on my days off?
Spent way too much time either lying around in my hammock chair reading, or  building
and flying kites.

Now I’m just looking forward to my next weekend.
