Needed stuff:
1 onion, sliced
10 or so baby potatoes, boiled and halved
1 cooking apple, peeled and cut into wedges
20 cm piece blood sausage, cut into 8mm slices on the bias
duckfat or other oil for frying
How to do it:
Heat some fat in a pan or wok.
Sautee onions til golden, set aside.
Heat more fat and fry sausage slices on each side, add the other stuff, and allow to heat through.
Serve on four (4) plates with some beer on the side.
